The Three Rivers Rodeo team ended the month of March in Monticello, Arkansas. The ladies team had a great weekend in the timed events. Harley Staggs finished tenth in the breakaway roping event after Friday night, which advanced her to the short round on Saturday. Madison Steele and Harley also team roped Friday morning in the slack. Leah Jackson had an amazing start to her barrel run, but ran a little too close to the second barrel causing it to fall down which resuted in a penalty. Larrya Stegall finished fourth in the long go round and sixth in average for the entire weekend in barrel racing. On the rough stock end of the arena, Josh Norman, Seth Johnston, and Trevor Zurrusen each started two good bull rides but fell short of the eight second whistle. The Raider Rodeo Team is now looking forward to their next rodeo in Martin, Tennessee.
